Our Data Ethics
HairAI was built on the principle that professional styling shouldn't cost you your digital privacy. Most AI tools use your data to train their models—we don't.
Every pixel you upload is treated as ephemeral. We provide the vision, you keep the data.
Biometric Data Handling
When you upload a photo, our AI analyzes facial landmarks to map hairstyles accurately. We do not create a permanent 'biometric template' or use your face for identity verification. The analysis is transient and used only for the styling session.
24-Hour Purge Protocol
We strictly adhere to a zero-retention policy. All uploaded images and AI-generated results are automatically and permanently purged from our encrypted edge nodes 24 hours after processing. No backups are retained.
Infrastructure & Encryption
Data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption. At rest, data is stored using AES-256 military-grade encryption. Our processing takes place in isolated, SOC2-compliant cloud environments.
No Third-Party Tracking
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or photos to third parties. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. Your experience at HairAI remains strictly between you and our engine.
