Usage Rights & Content
You retain all rights to your original uploaded photos. By using HairAI, you grant us a temporary license to process your image. We do not claim ownership of your face or your generated results.
Acceptable Use Policy
Our AI is for personal exploration. You may not upload photos of public figures, minors, or non-consensual images. Any attempt to 'jailbreak' or reverse-engineer the styling engine is strictly prohibited.
Subscription & Billing
Services are billed on a one-time or subscription basis. You can manage or cancel your plan at any time. Due to the high GPU costs of AI generation, refunds are generally only issued for technical failures.
Styling Disclaimer
AI renders are high-fidelity simulations for visualization only. HairAI does not guarantee that a real-world stylist can replicate the exact digital color or cut. Consult a professional before any treatment.
Professional Liability
HairAI is a simulation tool. We are not responsible for any physical hair damage, allergic reactions, or unsatisfactory results caused by real-world hair procedures. Always perform a patch test and consult a certified professional.
